Therefore, I have launched Progression.
Progression will not only be an organization but as well as an idea.
This leads to the motto, "Strive to be greater".
There are many ways to interpret that sentence.
For instance, striving to be greater could mean volunteering at a beach cleanup, or perhaps even focusing and improving yourself as a human being and studying for that chemistry exam or even learning a new skill.
Or one could truly strive to become greater by having a vision. A vision where one aspires to bring change to the world through means of innovation or perhaps even intuition.
It's the ability to not believe in impossible where change is truly acquired.
Therefore, I have decided to set in place Progression's first mission:
To raise a minimum of $100,000 in order to purchase supplies to donate to homeless shelters all across Toronto.
I'm not saying it's going to happen, but it is possible.
My name is Agam. But my friends call me Agame. am currently 17 years old as of 2021.
While I was reading Sapiens on my flight to Lisbon back in late December of 2019, I came to realize the everlasting imbalance and inequality between us as homo sapiens, whether it may be racial inequality, economic, etc.
In a perfect society, our world would focus on the progression of humanity as well as the sustainability gained through means of innovation.
However, this is not the case.
How I Can Help
We at Progression believe that integrity is key.
Hence, 100% of donations will be going towards our goal (aside from what transaction fees may occur).
One of the benefits of Progression is that at the end of the day, this organization is run by a young adult. There are no "employees" nor do I have any desire to "magically disappear" the funds like many organizations in the past.
At the end of the day, I'd like to make a difference, no matter how big or small.
HOWEVER, if Progression does achieve its goal and greatly surpass it within a short amount of time, as well as spread the idea of being able to "Strive to be greater", we will be able to achieve wonders.
In approximately a year from now I will be launching a scientific innovation of mine. While maintaining the concept of Progression, we will be able to at attain a brighter future while changing the lives of many for the better.
Therefore, the question is up to you, whether you will help someone to make the world a slighter better place than before.
Any donation helps, no matter what size, as it can truly make an impact on someone's life.
